Egypt’s "Badr 2019" drill has demonstrated the preparedness of the armed forces to defend national security on all strategic fronts, Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Mohamed Farid said during the final stages of the drill on Friday (April 12th).
The military manoeuver was implemented by 3rd Field Army units and main army units over the past few days, and is part of the annual exercises carried out by the armed forces, Egyptian media reported.
The final stage of the drill involved co-ordinating efforts between different units.
