A dawn car bombing claimed by the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) hit the finance ministry of the Yemeni government on Wednesday (November 29th), killing two guards and wounding four, AFP reported.
In a statement on its Amaq propaganda arm, ISIS claimed the "detonation of a parked explosive-laden vehicle" outside the ministry building in Yemen's Aden, the SITE Intelligence monitoring group reported.
Aden serves as the headquarters of the Yemeni government.
"Yemen mein is hadse ke mutaliq sun kar afsos hua. Hamesha dua hai ke har jagah aman qayam rahe.
