At least 22 Houthis (Ansarallah) were killed Monday (March 6th) in a coalition airstrike and in clashes in western Yemen, AFP reported.
The strike on a military base in the city of Bajil, northeast of al-Hodeida on the Red Sea, killed 16 Houthis, said a medical official and a military source.
The coalition raid wounded 23 others, the sources in al-Hodeida said.
To the south, clashes between the Houthis and Yemeni forces near the Red Sea port of Mokha left six Houthis dead, according to the same sources, who said their bodies were taken to a morgue in al-Hodeida.
