Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri discussed ways to improve bilateral and trade relations between Lebanon and Kuwait during a Thursday (April 25th) meeting with Kuwaiti officials, Lebanon’s Naharnet reported Friday.
Al-Hariri met with Kuwaiti Minister of Commerce and Industry Khaled Nasser Abdullah al-Roudan and Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon Abdul Al al-Qinai.
After the meeting, al-Roudan said discussions focused on "bilateral relations between the two countries and increasing the trade exchange, since the current figures are not up to the ambitions of the two countries".
"An economic team will discuss ways to enhance the volume of exchange between our two countries, which are linked by brotherly relations," he said.
