Seven suspected al-Qaeda fighters were killed Friday (July 6th) when an airstrike targeted their car in the southern Yemeni province of Shabwa, AFP reported.
The car was hit as it drove along a side road in Shabwa's Bihan district, according to a security official from the pro-government forces.
The security official said the militants were members of al-Qaeda.
