A bomb blast near Zahle in eastern Lebanon on Wednesday (August 31st) killed a Syrian woman and wounded eleven other people, Lebanese media reported.
A four-kilogramme bomb exploded at Zahle's Ksara roundabout at about 1 p.m. Wednesday, the National News Agency reported.
Civil Defense rescue teams arrived at the scene and transported the wounded to local hospitals.
The area was cordoned off and an investigation has been launched into the incident.
